Acupressure is an ancient Chinese technique based on the principles of
acupuncture. It involves the use of finger pressure (without the needles)
on specific points along the body. Chinese cultures believe the points to
be junctures of meridian pathways carrying energy known as chi. Western
scientists have mapped out and proven the existence of these points with
electrical devices. The following is a list of purposes.

Massage is performed with the following parts of the body; Fingers,
hands, elbows, knees and feet. The motions incorporated are as follows:
